How to Use
Cold Therapy
Place the gel insert in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Cold therapy is often preferred for inflammation, headaches, swelling, and acute discomfort.
Heat Therapy
Warm in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, kneading gently between intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
Alternatively, place the gel insert in warm (not boiling) water.
Use thermal therapy for no more than 20 minutes at a time.
Care & Storage
Store gel insert in a plastic bag when kept in the freezer
Keep hook-and-loop closure free of lint and debris
Hand wash outer wrap when possible; hang dry recommended
Gel insert may be wiped clean with soap and water
Avoid direct sunlight and overheating
Important Notes
A thin barrier between skin and gel pack is recommended for sensitive skin
Those with neuropathy, poor circulation, or temperature sensitivity should check skin regularly during use
Do not microwave directly after freezing — allow gel to soften first
