Do I need to have a specific diagnosis to purchase a Bendy Box?

Not at all! Whether you have an official diagnosis, are still on your journey to answers, or simply need extra support for daily life, The Bendy Box is here for you.

What chronic illnesses do you focus on?

Right now, we focus on conditions like:

  • Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD)

  • Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Dysautonomia & Orthostatic Intolerance (OI)

But we know that’s just the beginning!

Do I have to subscribe?

Nope! We offer both a monthly subscription and one-time boxes, so you can choose what works best for you.

How does billing work?

  • One-time boxes are charged at checkout.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month based on your signup date.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.

Can I gift a box?

Absolutely! You can purchase a one-time box as a gift or gift a subscription by selecting that option at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental U.S. If you’re outside this area, let us know—we’ll see what we can do!

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location, but we aim to get your Bendy Box to you as quickly as possible!

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! If you’re shopping for a fellow zebra or spoonie but aren’t sure what they’d love most, our gift cards make the perfect option.
